Impact of Microsoft on my life:“How Microsoft has impacted my life and how I plan to bring a change

How Microsoft has impacted your life and how you plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate

I believe living in today. Because you are not in yesterday nor in tomorrow you live in today. Every day you are born as a new person and do new works. My everyday is never complete without computer. And a computer is never complete without Microsoft. This is how Microsoft has impacted my life. I am a person who lives in today and today is a day where you cannot do any work without a computer. It has changed not only just my life but every person’s life on this earth because the perfect combination for a computer to work is Microsoft. India is the second most populous country in the world and Microsoft has found its place in almost each and every house hold in India in the form of computer, cell phones etc. I have never known any operating system for computer and never came across the perfect sync of software with systems. India has never seen other software so perfect like Microsoft. Even in phones Microsoft is the perfect sync to operating of phones. I personally have used windows HTC phone and another phone in both of them there are special features like showing route maps without internet connectivity and many more. It is the only phone so far I have come across that doesn’t hang frequently because of running various apps at a single time.

But as there is an old saying nothing is perfect in this world. Microsoft is also a victim to this proverb. Though it seems to be perfect it too has its loop holes. The people of India though they blend with almost everything starting from culture to habits they also have learned to blend in with Microsoft in their own way. Most of the users of Microsoft in India use a pirated version of Microsoft because they feel that the original one is not of much significance. People here always complain of its regular requests for updates and consumes much of the space on the disk and many other such problems. And most of the people don’t know how to use most of the features available in Microsoft. People in India are not that much acquainted with software and computers and they just need the basic usage.

I want to bring around change in my society being a Microsoft Student Associate (MSA) by creating awareness about computers their usage in the current era to my people and the future of the country as most of the Indians are not acquainted with computers. Most of the youngsters in India don’t even have the basic knowledge of computers and also about Microsoft. I want to create awareness and significance of Microsoft to them and its usages by providing classes to students in various schools where we make children know more about Microsoft and teach them about uses of Microsoft in play way method. Conducting talent search programs where we invite students to challenge us about Microsoft show us the loop holes in the software. Preparing tie-ups with various educational institutions starting from schools to engineering colleges and provide direct knowledge of Microsoft and also about computers. I also want to advice Microsoft to create a new version of software which is suitable to Indians and their psychology.

This is how I want to bring around change.
